党的十八大以来标本兼治反腐败战略之解析

【摘要】：习近平总书记指出标本兼治是我们党管党治党的一贯要求,夺取反腐败斗争的压倒性胜利,必须深化标本兼治。由此,近年来一直为学界关注并颇为困惑的反腐败"治标""治本"的关系问题不再是问题。实际上十八大以来中国反腐败始终没有背离标本兼治的原则,只是针对不同历史时期的形势和要求作出科学的战略抉择,确立了不同时期的战略重点。当前进一步推进反腐败的标本兼治应解决两大问题,即消除保健因素带来的负向影响和用好激励因素产生的正向作用,建构具有中国特色反腐败的标本兼治机制。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that treating both symptoms and symptoms is the consistent demand of our party to run the party, and to win the overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption, we must deepen the treatment of both symptoms and symptoms. Therefore, in recent years, the relationship between anti-corruption "temporary" and "permanent" is no longer a problem. In fact, since the 18th CPC National Congress, China's anti-corruption has not deviated from the principle of treating both symptoms and symptoms, but has made a scientific strategic choice according to the situation and requirements of different historical periods and established the strategic focus of different periods. At present, two major problems should be solved to further promote the treatment of both symptoms and symptoms of anti-corruption, that is, to eliminate the negative influence brought by health care factors and to make good use of the positive effects of incentive factors, and to construct a mechanism for both symptoms and symptoms of anti-corruption with Chinese characteristics.
