嵌入性理论对加强研究生党建的启示

【摘要】：研究生党建作为高校党建的有机组成部分,是研究生管理工作的抓手,是研究生思政工作的龙头。但研究生党建并不是孤立存在的,而应将其有机嵌入研究生教育与管理的整个过程。本文以嵌入性理论为分析视角,探讨如何从思想嵌入、活动嵌入和组织嵌入层面提高研究生参与党建的积极性,搭建研究生党建平台和载体,强化研究生党建组织和队伍等问题,以期解决当前研究生党建存在的矛盾与问题,探索研究生党建的建设路径。
[Abstract]:As an organic part of the party building in colleges and universities, the party building of graduate students is the master of graduate management and the leading of the ideological and political work of graduate students. However, graduate party building does not exist in isolation, but should be embedded in the whole process of graduate education and management. From the perspective of embeddedness theory, this paper discusses how to improve the enthusiasm of postgraduates to participate in party building from the aspects of ideological embedding, activity embedding and organizational embedding, and how to build the platform and carrier of party building for graduate students. In order to solve the problems existing in the party building of postgraduates at present and explore the path of the party building for postgraduates, we should strengthen the organization and team of the party construction of postgraduates.
