【摘要】：正十八大以来反腐败已成高压态势,把"权力关进制度的笼子"的步伐不断加快,从《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》《中国共产党纪律处分条例》的出台,直到现在《中国共产党问责条例》实施,反腐制度化进程不断加紧完善。《中国共产党问责条例》的实施是顺应趋势的需要。如何正确理解问责条例与其他条例的联系
