在更高层次上落实党风廉政建设责任制——党风廉政建设责任制不同阶段主体和重点分析

【摘要】：严格执行党风廉政建设责任制,是强化反腐败体制机制创新和制度保障的重要举措。反腐败体制机制改革创新,一个很重要的方面,就是理清责任、落实责任。落实党风廉政建设主体责任和监督责任关键看行动、根本在担当。党委主体责任与纪委监督责任是同一责任范畴的两个侧面,不能互相替代,更不能互相削弱,必须相互协调和共同促进。
[Abstract]:Strictly implementing the responsibility system for building a clean and honest party style is an important measure to strengthen the innovation of anti-corruption system and mechanism and the guarantee of system. An important aspect of the reform and innovation of anti-corruption system and mechanism is to clarify and implement the responsibility. To implement the party style and clean government construction responsibility and supervision responsibility key to action, fundamental to bear. The principal responsibility of the party committee and the supervision responsibility of the discipline inspection committee are two sides of the same responsibility category, which cannot be replaced by each other, let alone weaken each other, and must be coordinated and promoted together.
