《人民日报》“一五”计划宣传研究

【摘要】：1953至1957年随着第一个五年计划在中国大规模的开始建设,我国逐渐由落后、保守的农业大国踏上了现代化的征程。《人民日报》作为当时中国最大的党报,关于中国第一个五年计划的新闻报道,囊括内容广泛且丰富,对于我们从另一个角度来了解“一五”计划建设时期广大职工为何不被美国等外界舆论所左右,积极响应国家号召,团结一致进行建设,以及了解党政中心工作的宣传方式和宣传平台有一定帮助。本文选取了1953-1957年《人民日报》报纸关于“一五”计划实施的1800多篇新闻报道。采用统计分析的方法,并借鉴新闻学的相关成果,对相关内容加以探究,分析了《人民日报》视角下的“一五”计划宣传,以此来探讨这个党政方针的宣传平台和大众舆论引导之间的桥梁、责任的复杂关系。首先对于这一时段关于“一五”计划的报道进行定量分析,对于相关报道的篇幅总量进行不完全地统计,以报道的必然性和实施的必要性作背景分析。接着对《人民日报》关注的理论性宣传进行梳理,宣传的内容重点围绕如何让国家富强,人民富裕,提高国际地位等报道上,从具体事例上升到理论层面。最后,在此基础上总结并进一步剖析出《人民日报》对“一五”计划的宣传对之前和今后有何作用和经验归纳的探讨,计划对当时的影响颇大,在统一了人民思想的基础上,民众信心满满,强烈的生产热忱也被激发,同时也为当今社会留下不可多得的宣传经验。纵观《人民日报》关于“一五”计划的宣传报道,报纸充分发挥其舆论导向作用,利用其特定的报道方式,积极引领职工参与建设,取得了“一五”计划建设的成功,并为我国“二五”计划至现在的“十三五”规划的宣传建设提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale construction of the first five-year plan in China from 1953 to 1957, China gradually embarked on the journey of modernization from a backward, conservative agricultural country. [People's Daily] was China's largest party newspaper at that time. News reports on China's first five-year plan cover a wide range of contents. From another perspective, we can understand why the vast number of workers and staff in the construction period of the first Five-Year Plan were not influenced by outside public opinion such as the United States. It is helpful to respond positively to the call of the state, to unite for the construction, and to understand the propaganda methods and the propaganda platform of the work of the Party and government center. This paper selects more than 1800 news reports about the implementation of the first five-year Plan in People's Daily from 1953 to 1957. By using the method of statistical analysis and referring to the relevant achievements of journalism, this paper probes into the relevant contents, and analyzes the propaganda of the "first five year Plan" from the perspective of "People's Daily". This paper discusses the complex relationship between the propaganda platform of the Party and government policy and the guidance of public opinion. First of all, quantitative analysis is carried out on the report of the "first five year Plan" in this period, and the total volume of relevant reports is not completely counted, and the background analysis is based on the necessity of the report and the necessity of its implementation. Then, the theoretical propaganda concerned by People's Daily is combed. The content of propaganda focuses on how to make the country rich and strong, the people rich, the improvement of international status, and so on, from the concrete examples to the theoretical level. Finally, on this basis, we summarize and further analyze the discussion on how the propaganda of the "first Five-Year Plan" by "People's Daily" has played an important role and experience in the past and in the future. The plan had a considerable impact on that time, and on the basis of unifying the people's thinking, Public confidence, strong enthusiasm for production has been inspired, but also for today's society to leave a rare experience of propaganda. Throughout the propaganda and coverage of the "first Five-Year Plan" by People's Daily, the newspaper has given full play to its guiding role in public opinion, used its specific reporting methods, actively led the workers to participate in the construction, and achieved the success of the construction of the "first five year Plan". It also provides some references for the propaganda and construction of the second five-year plan to the present.
