袁刚:裁撤冗官散官更利于澄清吏治

【摘要】：为官不仅要清廉,而且要有所作为,为政当官不是拿高薪混饭吃,而是要切实拿出公共产品,提供公共服务。要打破官场铁饭碗,干部人事制度改革就要继续深入,既要削"事",也要裁"人",凡无事可干或无事找事的冗官散官,统统都要另寻出路,不能继续扰民乱政。
[Abstract]:Government officials should not only be clean, but also do something. They should not eat with high pay, but should take out public goods and provide public services. In order to break the iron rice bowl in the official field, the reform of the cadre and personnel system must continue to go deep. It is necessary to cut off "affairs" as well as to lay off "people." all redundant officials who have nothing to do or look for things to do must find another way out and cannot continue to disturb the people's political affairs.
