构建干部长效动态激励机制的实践与思考

【摘要】:正干部动态激励是加强干部日常管理,激发动力、催生活力的有效手段。在干部工作中,应以着力打造改革和发展需要的好干部为目标,以构建长效激励机制为抓手,综合运用多种举措,促使干部始终处于恒定向上、主动奋进的状态,为推进经济社会又好又快发展凝聚起强大正能量。一、完善导向激励机制,使"再造一个火红年代"成为干部的矢志追求。站在新的历史起点上,泰州市委鲜明地提出了"再造一个激情燃烧干事创业的火红年代"的时代
[Abstract]:Dynamic encouragement is an effective means to strengthen the daily management of cadres, stimulate motivation and give birth to vitality. In the work of cadres, we should aim at creating good cadres who are needed for reform and development, take the construction of a long-term incentive mechanism as the starting point, comprehensively apply various measures, and make cadres always in a state of constant upward and active progress. In order to promote economic and social good and rapid development condensed a strong positive energy. First, improve the guiding incentive mechanism, so that the "re-establishment of a red-hot era" has become a cadre's commitment to pursue. Standing on the new historical starting point, the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee clearly put forward the era of "recreating a fiery Red Age of passionate Burning officers' Entrepreneurship"
