改革开放以来中国共产党发展观研究

【摘要】：和平与发展是当今时代主题,发展是人类进步的阶梯,人类社会不论到什么时候都离不开发展,发展永无止境。从马克思主义经典作家对发展观的阐述到毛泽东邓小平等中国共产党领导人对发展观的继承和发展,发展观的内容不断丰富和发展,逐渐形成了一脉相承又与时俱进的发展理论和思想体系。中国共产党历来重视发展问题的解决,建国以来,尤其是改革开放以来,中国共产党人带领全国各族人民对发展问题进行了无数艰辛的探索,形成了具有中国特色的中国共产党发展观。本文主要围绕着“历史背景、“理论基础”、“发展观内容及特点”、“当代价值”的思路来探究改革开放以来中国共产党发展观。首先是从改革开放以来中国共产党发展观提出的历史背景等着手,探寻发展观提出的时代背景和国际发展趋势。其次是阐述改革开放以来中国共产党发展观的理论基础,探究发展观的理论渊源。接着纵观党的发展思想的演变脉络,阐述改革开放以来中国共产党主要领导人的发展思想内容,探索性地提炼出改革开放以来中国共产党发展观的主要内容。最后阐明改革开放以来中国共产党发展观的当代价值。本文共八个部分,除了绪论、结语、参考文献、附录外,正文共四章。绪论部分主要介绍本文的一个构思和框架。包括选题背景和意义,国内外研究现状,研究思路和重点难点,研究方法和研究创新之处等,对本文的选题,写作思路,文献检索等做了简要概括。第一章主要阐述了改革开放以来中国共产党发展观提出的历史背景,主要从三个方面做简要概述,即和平与发展的时代主题,科学技术的发展和经济全球化。表达了求和平,谋发展是世界不可逆转的时代潮流,我国重视发展是时代的产物,同时也表达了人民的心声。第二章回顾马克思、恩格斯、列宁、毛泽东等马克思主义者的发展思想,探寻改革开放以来中国共产党发展思想的理论基础。主要阐述了关于发展规律、发展目标、发展动力、发展方法等发展思想和发展理论,为下文写作奠定了理论基础。第三章概括性地阐述了改革开放以来中国共产党发展观的主要内容及特征。以解放和发展生产力为主线,阐述了“以发展生产力为根本任务,以改革开放为发展动力,以统筹兼顾为根本方法,以改善民生为价值追求,以共同富裕为最终目的”的发展思想”。第四章提炼了改革开放以来中国共产党发展观的当代价值。丰富和发展了马克思主义的发展观,为中国特色社会主义的实践发展提供了行动指南,为发展中国家走向现代化发展道路提供了有益借鉴。理论是时代的先导,中国共产党以科学的发展观为指导,带领全国各族人民取得了一个又一个的伟大成就。在新时期,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在中国共产党第十八届五中全会指出,“实现‘十三五’时期发展目标,破解发展难题,厚植发展优势,必须牢固树立并切实贯彻五大发展新理念”。(1)这表明我国对发展问题的变革又上了一个新的台阶,本文在此背景下研究改革开放以来中国共产党的发展观,有利于为我国当前和今后的发展提供丰富的理论指导和坚定的发展方向。
