关于在高校高层次海归人才中发展党员工作的思考——以上海交通大学为例

【摘要】:高层次海归人才是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,文章以上海交通大学为例,通过分析高层次海归人才党员发展工作现状,探究发展高层次海归人才入党面临的新挑战,提出做好高校高层次海归人才党员发展工作的对策:培育主流意识形态,强化基层党组织的吸引力;加强基层党组织的政治意识,提高党员发展工作的执行力;组织开展党建品牌活动,增强基层党组织的凝聚力;注重党建工作实效性,提升基层党组织的亲和力。
[Abstract]:The paper takes Shanghai Jiaotong University as an example, through analyzing the current situation of the development of the party members of the high-level returned talents, explores the new challenges to the development of high-level returned talents to join the Party. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of high level returned talents in colleges and universities: cultivating the mainstream ideology and strengthening the attraction of the grass-roots party organizations; We should strengthen the political consciousness of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level, improve the executive power of the work of developing party members; organize and carry out the activities of the Party building brands to enhance the cohesion of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level; and pay attention to the effectiveness of the Party building work and enhance the affinity of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level.
