【摘要】：正人民论坛记者:当前为什么鼓励领导干部登上高校讲台?公方彬:领导干部上讲台,意义有以下几方面:一是责任所在。我们党作为执政党必须引领社会,我们的干部特别是高级干部,必须把执政责任体现在方方面面,特别是承担着引领社会尤其是广大青年学生思想的重任。二是现实需要。领导干部上讲台是解决现实矛盾的必然要求。在社会转型期,机遇与挑战并存,
