【摘要】：正构建科学的党员管理机制是落实全面从严治党、加强党的建设的重大课题。针对改革开放以来的新形势新任务、党员队伍的新变化以及当前党员管理中出现的新问题,应进一步建立和完善党员教育培训机制,不断提高广大党员的综合素质;建立和完善民主评议党员机制,增强党员履行权利和义务的自觉性;建立和完善分类分行业党员教育管理服务机制,充分发挥党员先锋模范作用;建立和完善流动党员管理机制,进一步
[Abstract]:The construction of scientific management mechanism of Party members is an important task to carry out comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and strengthen the Party's construction.
