[Abstract]:Zheng Zeng Guofan elaborated on "one end of employment" in "Yingzhao Chen Yan Shu", and put forward "the way of transfer", "the way of cultivation" and "the method of investigation", which contained the essence of the thought of cultivating talents and employing personnel, which can be used as a positive reference for the organization department. Daxing still learn the wind, cultivate a strong atmosphere, enhance practical skills.
