始终警醒人性的私欲任性

【摘要】：官员们出现腐败的一个重要原因,在于身处官场的官员身上始终存在着公与私的角色冲突。当人性的私欲任性放大时,"恶"便产生了,比如贪婪、荒淫、跋扈等,这些"恶"再借助公共制度赋予的公权力,给社会造成的破坏之大已经是有目共睹了。要把人性的恶魔关进笼子里,解决的要义在于"三观"的不断完善和改造。
[Abstract]:An important reason for officials' corruption is that there is always a conflict between public and private roles. When the selfish desire of human nature magnifies, "evil" arises, such as greed, lewdness, domineering, and so on. These evils, with the help of public power conferred by the public system, have caused great damage to the society. To put the evil of human nature in the cage, the key to solve the problem lies in the continuous improvement and transformation of the three views.
