【摘要】：正中纪委网站近期公布的部分国家机关巡视整改报告中,有的部委提出,落实中央八项规定,整治"四风",需要全面纠正"惯性思维"和惯有做法,这确实抓到了点子上。惯性思维是人们依据经验和某种规则形成的思维定式,在惯性思维的指导下形成惯有做法,惯性思维和惯有做法具有相当的顽固性,纠正起来相当困难。"四风"问题上的惯性思维有种种表现,这里列举三种:一为墨守成规。一些干部对于反"四风"的重要性紧迫性在思想上并非没有认识,但遇到具体问题不由自主地依
[Abstract]:In the report on the inspection and rectification of some state organs recently published on the website of the Central Commission for discipline Inspection, some ministries and commissions proposed that the implementation of the eight provisions of the Central Committee and the rectification of the "four winds" need to be comprehensively corrected, and that this has indeed caught the point. Inertial thinking is a kind of thinking formula formed by people based on experience and certain rules. Under the guidance of inertial thinking, inertia thinking and habitual thinking have quite obstinacy, and it is very difficult to correct them. " Four winds "on the question of inertia thinking has a variety of manifestations, here list three: one is to stick to the rules." Some cadres are not unaware of the importance and urgency of fighting against the "four winds", but they can't help but rely on it when they encounter specific problems.
