完善权力运行的制约和监督体系构筑防治腐败的“三不”有效机制

【摘要】：建立决策科学、执行坚决、监督有力的权力运行体系,构筑合理有效的权力制约与协调机制是防治腐败的核心问题。明确完善权力运行的制约和监督体系的价值目标,聚焦目前我国权力运行制约和监督体系的问题,探索构筑权力运行不想腐、不能腐、不敢腐有效机制的路径,对于推进反腐败斗争的深入开展,实现中国梦的伟大目标意义深远。
[Abstract]:The core problem of preventing and controlling corruption is to establish scientific decision-making, firmly execute, supervise powerful power operation system, and construct reasonable and effective power restriction and coordination mechanism. Make clear the restriction of power operation and the value target of supervision system, focus on the problems of power operation restriction and supervision system at present in our country, explore the path of constructing power operation without corruption, can't corrupt, dare not corrupt effective mechanism. It is of great significance to advance the fight against corruption and realize Chinese Dream's great goal.
