【摘要】：正近年来,广东省新丰县以全面从严治党为引领,树立大抓党建、大抓基层的鲜明导向,推进形成"大党建"格局,党的基层组织建设成效明显。抓队伍、强阵地,筑牢党组织战斗堡垒根基。在配强班子方面,注重结合镇、村换届,打造一支思想政治素质好、带富致富能力强、群众工作能力强的领导队伍。在强化阵地建设方面,出台了《关于进一步加强农村基层党组织建设
