领导应对“假话”的艺术

【摘要】：正领导在工作中或多或少地会遇到"假话"。有人指出,领导所处的位置越高,听到的"假话"会越多,真假越难辨。这里的"假话"主要是指,在工作中下级或者同级因信息屏蔽、信息筛选、主观臆断、道德风险、逆向选择等而提供的片面消息、不完整消息、选择性消息乃至虚假消息。
[Abstract]:Current leaders are more or less confronted with "lies" in their work. Some point out that the higher the leader's position, the more falsehood he hears and the harder it is to tell the truth from the falsehood. "falsehood" here mainly refers to the one-sided, incomplete, selective, and even false information provided by subordinates or peers at work due to information blocking, information screening, subjective assumptions, moral hazard, adverse selection, etc.
