高校党建工作现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】：高校肩负着学习研究宣传马克思主义、培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大任务。高校党建工作作为党的建设伟大工程的重要组成部分,直接关系到国家发展和民族未来,关系到培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的任务,关系到党风廉政建设的成效。在当前社会转型的新形势下,社会思潮呈现多元化特点,高校也不可避免地受到一些社会思潮的负面影响,导致高校党建工作中出现了一些新问题。马克思主义党建理论经过理论和实践的验证,具有理论的科学性与实践的指导性。因此,以马克思主义党建理论为基础,分析当前高校党建工作的现状、存在的主要问题及原因,对于进一步加强和改进高校党建工作具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文以马克思主义党建理论为基础,分析了当前高校党建工作在思想理论建设、基层组织建设、党委领导下的校长负责制、党风廉政建设和领导干部作风建设方面所取得的成效和存在的主要问题,指出高校党建工作要坚持以马克思主义为指导,并有针对性地提出了一些推进高校党建工作的路径:第一,增强党员党性修养;第二,优化基层党组织建设;第三,完善党委领导下的校长负责制;第四,深化反腐倡廉建设;第五,加强领导干部作风建设。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities shoulder the great task of studying and propagating Marxism and cultivating constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important part of the great project of party building, the work of party building in colleges and universities is directly related to the development of the country and the future of the nation, to the task of training qualified builders and reliable successors, and to the effectiveness of the construction of a clean and honest party. Under the new situation of social transformation, the trend of social thought is diversified, and colleges and universities are inevitably influenced by some social trends of thought, which leads to some new problems in the work of party building in colleges and universities. Marxist theory of party building is verified by theory and practice, which is scientific in theory and instructive in practice. Therefore, on the basis of the Marxist theory of party building, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to analyze the present situation, main problems and reasons of the Party building work in colleges and universities for further strengthening and improving the work of party building in colleges and universities. Based on the Marxist theory of party building, this paper analyzes the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee under the leadership of ideological and theoretical construction, grass-roots organization construction, and party building work in colleges and universities. The achievements and main problems in the construction of a clean and honest party style and the style of work of leading cadres are pointed out, and it is pointed out that the work of party building in colleges and universities should be guided by Marxism. And pointed out some ways to promote the work of party building in colleges and universities: first, to enhance the Party spirit of party members; Second, optimize the building of grass-roots party organizations; third, improve the system of principal responsibility under the leadership of party committees; fourth, deepen the building of anti-corruption and clean government; and fifthly, strengthen the work style of leading cadres.
