解放战争时期人民军队的廉政建设研究

【摘要】：解放战争时期,人民军队的中心任务是打倒以蒋介石为首的国民党反动统治和解放全中国,这一时期也是人民军队廉政建设史上最辉煌的时期。人民军队的廉政建设与革命战争同步进行,在完成革命中心任务的同时,人民军队的廉政工作也取得巨大成效,加快了革命的胜利步伐,为中国共产党全面执政后,开展廉政建设奠定了坚实的基础。解放战争时期人民军队的廉政建设,既继承了抗日战争时期的宝贵经验,又有其独具创新性的一面,其中新式整军运动和诉苦会的开展是最为典型的代表,这些创新性成果,纠正了人民军队官兵头脑中的错误思想,避免了贪污浪费现象的发生,整顿了人民军队的纪律和作风,营造了艰苦奋斗的良好氛围。面对国内形势的发展,党领导的人民军队并没有骄傲于已取得的成绩,而是立足于人民军队的实际情况,及时解决部队官兵中存在的问题,为全面内战的胜利打好基础。解放战争时期人民军队廉政建设工作成效显著,不仅解决了人民军队廉政建设工作中的一系列问题,增强了军队的战斗力,而且对今天中国惩腐肃贪兴廉,建设现代军事强国也具有重要启示意义。
[Abstract]:During the liberation war, the central task of the people's army was to overthrow the reactionary rule of the Kuomintang led by Jiang Jieshi and to liberate the whole country, which was also the most brilliant period in the history of building a clean government in the people's armed forces. The construction of a clean and honest government in the people's army went hand in hand with the revolutionary war. While accomplishing the task of the revolutionary center, the work of the people's army in a clean and honest government also achieved great results, speeding up the pace of victory of the revolution, so that after the Communist Party of China came to power in an all-round way, The development of clean government has laid a solid foundation. The construction of a clean and clean government in the people's army during the War of Liberation inherited the valuable experience of the War of Resistance against Japan, but also had its unique and innovative side. The development of the new-style movement of the whole army and the launching of the complaint Association are the most typical representatives, and these innovative achievements are the most typical ones. It has corrected the wrong ideas in the minds of the officers and soldiers of the people's army, avoided the phenomenon of corruption and waste, rectified the discipline and work style of the people's army, and created a good atmosphere for hard work and struggle. In the face of the development of the domestic situation, the people's army led by the party is not proud of the achievements it has made, but is based on the actual situation of the people's army, promptly solves the problems existing in the army officers and men, and lays a good foundation for the victory of the overall civil war. During the War of Liberation, the construction of a clean and clean government in the people's army achieved remarkable results, which not only solved a series of problems in the work of building a clean government in the people's armed forces, enhanced the combat effectiveness of the armed forces, but also punished corruption and exuded honesty in China today. The construction of modern military power also has important enlightenment significance.
