新媒体环境下党员教育工作的机遇、挑战与对策

【摘要】：新媒体技术的特点在于通过"拓扑"结构的传播模式,增强信息传播的实时性、交互性,实现区别化的传播内容和实时化的传播速度。这些特点为拓宽党员教育工作的渠道、丰富党员教育工作的内容、促进教育主客体之间的沟通交流、提升党员教育工作的效率提供了机遇,所产生的负面社会效应也影响了党员的价值观,对党员教育主客体的能力提出了更高的要求。在新媒体环境下,党员教育主体要增强新媒体党员教育意识,制定新媒体党员教育规划,通过加强新媒体党员教育组织动员、强化新媒体党员教育监督指导、完善新媒体党员教育反馈机制等途径,提升新媒体在党员教育中的实践效用,使党员教育工作再上新台阶。
[Abstract]:The characteristic of the new media technology lies in the communication mode of "topology" structure, which enhances the real-time and interactivity of the information dissemination, and realizes the differentiated communication content and the real-time propagation speed. These characteristics provide an opportunity for broadening the channels for the education of party members, enriching the contents of the educational work of party members, promoting communication and exchanges between the subjects and objects of education, and enhancing the efficiency of the educational work of party members. The negative social effect also affects the values of the Party members and puts forward higher requirements for the ability of educating the subject and object of the Party members. Under the new media environment, the main body of the party member education should strengthen the new media party member education consciousness, draw up the new media party member education plan, strengthen the new media party member education organization mobilization, strengthen the new media party member education supervision guidance. To improve the feedback mechanism of the Party members' education in the new media, to promote the practical utility of the new media in the Party members' education, and to make the Party members' education work to a new level.
