论共青团思想政治教育的核心理念

【摘要】：共青团思想政治教育是团组织发挥党的群众组织职能,带领、凝聚青年团结在党的周围的重要途径。在长期的实践中,基于共青团的性质、中国共产党的正确领导以及团与党在不同时期的目标任务,共青团思想政治教育形成了自觉接受和服从党的指导和领导的核心理念。这一核心理念强调共青团思想政治教育要以党的政治纲领为奋斗目标,以党的指导思想为行动指南,以党的中心任务为神圣使命;既要体现对党的指导和领导的自觉接受和绝对服从,又要重视团的思想政治教育的相对独立性,是两者的辩证统一。这一核心理念贯穿在共青团思想政治教育各个方面和全过程之中,是共青团思想政治教育作出的前提性承诺。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League is an important way for the Communist Youth League to give full play to the functions of the mass organizations of the Party, lead and unite the youth around the Party. In the long-term practice, based on the nature of the Communist Youth League, the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and the objective tasks of the League and the Party in different periods, ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League has formed the core concept of consciously accepting and obeying the guidance and leadership of the Party. This core idea emphasizes that the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League should take the political program of the Party as the goal of struggle, the guiding ideology of the Party as the guide for action, and the party's central task as the sacred mission. It is a dialectical unity that we should not only embody the conscious acceptance and absolute obedience to the Party's guidance and leadership, but also attach importance to the relative independence of the ideological and political education of the League. This core idea runs through all aspects and the whole process of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League, and it is a prelude commitment made by the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League.
