“沸腾效应”对干部品德修养的启示

【摘要】：正老子说,上善若水。孔子说,夫水者,君子比德焉。对于提升领导干部的道德修养问题,笔者关注水的沸腾效应,注重从探索反向途径中寻找启发,在减压、自修、"添柴"聚能、"冒泡"运用等方面,做了一些拓展性思考。通常人们把关键因素所引起的本质变化现象称为沸腾效应。如水烧到99度时,不能算开水,价值有限;若再添一把火,升高1度,水就会沸腾,并产生蒸汽,可用来开动机器。沸腾效应的积极作用是:重视关键环节的努力,激励快速提升达到预期目标,青睐99度与100度之间的沸
[Abstract]:"good is like water," said Zheng Laozi. Confucius said, "A superior man is more virtuous than a man of water." In order to improve the moral cultivation of leading cadres, the author pays attention to the boiling effect of water, seeks inspiration from exploring the reverse way, and makes some extensive thinking in the aspects of decompression, self-study, "adding firewood" and "bubbling". The essential changes caused by key factors are often referred to as boiling effects. If water burns to 99 degrees, it cannot be counted as boiling water, which is of limited value. If a further fire is added, the water will boil and generate steam, which can be used to start a machine. The positive effect of boiling effect is to attach importance to the efforts of key links, to encourage rapid improvement to achieve the desired goal, and to favor the boiling between 99 and 100 degrees.
