关于国有艺术院团党建工作的若干思考

【摘要】：国有艺术院团党建工作的任务和目标主要包括三个方面:一是努力推动党的文艺路线方针政策的贯彻执行。二是推进作风建设,保障和提升院团的凝聚力和战斗力。三是加强队伍建设,努力造就德艺双馨、德才兼备的文艺工作者队伍。国有艺术院团党建工作主要定位是保障、服务和促进。国有艺术院团在开展党建工作时,认识要到位,思路要清晰;组织要健全,干部要有力;追求要鲜明,倡导要明确;理念要务实,规划要科学;载体要恰当,机制要有效。
[Abstract]:The tasks and objectives of the Party building work of the state-owned art academies mainly include three aspects: one is to push forward the implementation of the Party's literary and artistic line, principles, policies and policies. Second, promote the construction of style of work, and ensure and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the regiment. The third is to strengthen the construction of the team and strive to create a team of literary and artistic workers with both virtues and talents. The main orientation of the party construction work of state-owned art academies is to guarantee, serve and promote. In carrying out Party building work, state-owned art academies and academies should have in place a clear understanding and clear ideas; sound organizations, strong cadres; clear-cut pursuit and clear advocacy; pragmatic ideas, scientific planning; proper carriers; and effective mechanisms.
