【摘要】：正年轻干部做人要有良好的心态。年轻干部要练就阳光心态,对待工作乐观开朗,多想积极的一面,少想消极的一面,少抱怨、多理解、多担当。要练就平和心态,做到淡泊明志、宁静致远,服从组织安排,正确对待进退留转,不计较个人得失,不过分追求名利。要练就宽容心态,做到海纳百川,对人对事保持宽容之心,不尖酸刻薄,多忍多让,能学人之长、容人之短。要练就进取心
[Abstract]:It is necessary to have a good mentality for young cadres to be human beings. Young cadres should practice a sunny attitude, be optimistic and cheerful about their work, think more about the positive side, think less about the negative side, complain less, understand more, and take on more responsibility. We should practice peace of mind, keep quiet and distant, obey organizational arrangements, treat progress, retreat, stay and transfer correctly, ignore personal gains and losses, and not excessively pursue fame and wealth.
