党政干部人格特质、应对方式与心理健康的关系

【摘要】：党政干部的职业具有特殊性、政治性和敏感性,工作和生活时刻处在国家、社会、舆论和人民群众的监督之下,心理压力可见一斑。人格特质对个体心理素质有重要的影响,它能够影响人的行为习惯、行为方式和态度。人格特质影响个体对待压力和挫折的方式方法,只要保持积极的心态,成熟的应对各种问题,就能够化繁为简,减少心理问题的发生。全面、准确、客观的评价党政干部的人格特质,能够根据每个人的人格特质来实现人员合理配置,实现用人决策科学化,合理的选拔人才,优化干部队伍。本文采用SCL-90、中国人人格量表和应对方式量表,对山东省淄博市淄川区307名党政干部进行调查,研究党政干部群体的人格特质对心理健康状况的影响,应对方式对心理健康状况的影响以及不同应对方式在人格特质各维度和心理健康之间的中介作用。运用单因素分析、独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析对本文数据的进行分析研究,得出以下结论:1、在SCL-90得分中,党政干部的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性7个因子分明显高于全国常模组,偏执和人际关系无明显差异,说明本地区的党政干部心理健康水平较低;不同职级间的躯体化、抑郁、敌对和恐怖因子存在显著差异,科员级别的干部各项指标都比较高。2、党政干部的外向性维度与常模不存在显著性差异,在善良、行事风格、人际关系维度上的得分显著高于常模,在才干、情绪性和处世态度维度上的得分则显著低于常模。不同性别的处世态度差异有统计学意义,男性的处世态度得分显著高于女性。3、党政干部多采用成熟应对方式,成熟应对方式的性别差异不显著,不成熟应对方式的性别差异显著,男性的不成熟和混合应对方式得分显著高于女性。4、人格特质中才干维度与心理健康没有显著相关,外向性、善良、情绪性、人际关系、处世态度和行事风格6个维度均与心理健康存在显著相关,其中外向性、善良、人际关系、处世态度和行事风格与心理健康得分成负相关性,情绪性与心理健康得分成正相关性。5、利用逐步检验法检验应对方式中介效应显著,成熟应对方式分别在外向性、情绪性、善良、人际关系和心理健康状况之间具有中介效应,不成熟应对方式分别在善良、人际关系、处世态度、行事风格和心理健康状况之间存在部分中介效应,在情绪性、外向性和心理健康状况之间存在完全中介效应。
[Abstract]:The profession of the party and government cadres has the special, political and sensitivity, the work and the living time are under the supervision of the state, the society, the public opinion and the people, and the psychological pressure is a spot. The personality trait has an important influence on the individual's psychological quality, which can influence the behavior habit, the behavior way and the attitude of the person. The personality trait affects the way of the individual to treat the pressure and the setback, so long as the positive attitude is maintained, the mature coping with various problems can be simplified and the psychological problems can be reduced. The overall, accurate and objective evaluation of the personality characteristics of the party and government cadres can realize the rational allocation of the personnel according to the personality characteristics of each person, realize the scientific and reasonable selection of the talents, and optimize the cadre team. The paper uses SCL-90, Chinese Personality Inventory and Coping Style Scale to investigate the influence of personality traits of the party and government cadres on the mental health status of 307 party and government cadres in the city of Zibo, Zibo City, Shandong Province. The influence of coping style on the mental health status and the intermediary role of different coping styles among all the dimensions and mental health of the personality trait. Based on single factor analysis, independent sample t test and Pearson correlation analysis, this paper analyzes and studies the data in this paper, and draws the following conclusion:1. In the SCL-90 score, the somatization of the party and government cadres, the forced symptom, the depression, the anxiety, the hostility and the terror, The seven factors of mental illness are significantly higher than that in the whole country, and there is no obvious difference between the paranoia and the interpersonal relationship, which indicates that the level of mental health of the party and government cadres in the region is lower, and the somatization, depression, hostility and terror factors among different grades are significantly different. there are no significant differences between the outward dimension and the norm of the party and government cadres, and the scores of the good, the acting style and the interpersonal relationship dimension are significantly higher than the norm, and in the talents, The scores of emotional and position-based attitudes are significantly lower than that of the norm. There is a statistically significant difference in the attitude of the different sexes, and the attitude of the male is significantly higher than that of the female. The male's immature and mixed coping style scores were significantly higher than that of the female.4. The talent dimension and mental health of the personality trait were not significantly related to the mental health, the outward, the kind, the emotional, the interpersonal relationship, the life attitude and the style of the operation were all significantly related to the mental health. In which the extroversion, the kind, the interpersonal relationship, the position and the behavior style and the mental health are divided into negative correlation, the emotional and mental health are divided into positive correlation. There is an intermediate effect between the kind, the interpersonal relationship and the mental health condition, and the immature coping style has a partial intermediate effect between the kind, the interpersonal relationship, the position attitude, the acting style and the mental health condition, and is in an emotional state, There is a complete intermediate effect between the outward and the mental health.
