【摘要】：反奸清算运动是指中国共产党在华北、华中等解放区,领导农民开展反奸、清算、减租、减息、退租、退息的群众运动。反奸清算运动是对罪大恶极的汉奸、恶霸经过群众斗争依法给予惩办,并没收他们的土地和财产,对一般地主,则按照抗日民主政府颁布的减租、减息和合理负担等法令,清算该退还农民的部分,这一运动成为土地改革的全面演习。一九四五年抗日战争结束,中国国内的主要矛盾由民族矛盾转化为国内阶级矛盾,阶级矛盾的激化使得内战一触即发,磁县就是在这样的形势下获得解放。响应中共中央号召,磁县开展了反奸清算运动,这一运动为之后的土地改革奠定了基础。反奸清算运动取得了显著成绩的同时也有很多不足。目前,国内对于单纯的研究解放战争初期的反奸清算运动的论文和著作,还是比较少的,而主要针对以县为个案的反奸清算运动研究成果更是少之又少。从历史意义方面来看,磁县反奸清算运动具有连续性的特点,比较容易从整体上把握其演变过程。所以此文研究磁县反奸运动具有重要的学术价值。本文选取的区域研究对象为河北省磁县,文章以马克思主义的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为基本研究方法,通过对磁县反奸清算运动进行全面分析,磁县反奸清算运动的发展过程基本体现了革命老区反奸清算运动的面貌特征,文章大量参考和引用了磁县县档案馆的原始资料,尤其是磁县在反奸清算运动中群众自己解决问题的一些基本经验,力求还原磁县反奸清算运动的客观真实情况,为当今社会发展提供借鉴。全文共分为引言、正文和结论三大部分,主要内容有:引言主要阐述了本论文的研究缘起、国内外研究现状及论文的研究方法、研究难点以及研究的创新点。第一节,深刻阐述磁县进行反奸清算运动的历史背景,分析抗日战争胜利后国内阶级力量变化,简单介绍了磁县的地理概况,以及抗日战争胜利后磁县的社会经济状况,阐明展开反奸清算运动的必要性。第二节,详细阐述磁县反奸清算运动的过程。根据磁县新区老区的不同特点,以具体历史档案为依据,尽量详实的展现当时反奸清算运动的过程,包括对群众的思想教育和县委领导对群众运动政策方针的完善。通过这一部分的阐述对磁县反奸清算运动的历史意义和现实意义奠定了坚实的基础。第三节,对磁县反奸清算运动过程的评价。这一部分辩证的分析了磁县反奸清算运动,一方面讲述了反奸清算运动取得了巨大的成绩,另一方面也分析了反奸清算运动存在的不足之处,从而总结出其经验教训,并且联系当今社会的发展为其提供借鉴。结论:解放战争初期的磁县反奸清算运动,巩固了晋冀鲁豫解放区,并为战争前线提供了大量的军用物资,为战争的顺利进行奠定了基础,这使磁县成为解放战争的坚实后盾,使广大群众逐渐认识到了中国共产党的政策倾向性,更坚定了支持和拥护中国共产党的信心。研究磁县反奸清算运动的过程,总结反奸清算运动的经验教训,能够为当今社会发展提供更多更宝贵的经验。
