延安时期党的建设思想及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：延安时期(1935年10月-1948年3月),党坚持把马克思列宁主义建党理论与中国革命和党的建设实际相结合,在对自身建设艰辛探索的基础上不断进行理论创新,推动了党建各方面日趋成熟并取得重要成果。不仅开创了党的建设的伟大工程,切实推进了马克思主义中国化,而且保障了新民主主义革命的胜利进程,为新中国的建立奠定了坚实的基础。在新的历史条件下,学习和研究延安时期党的建设思想的宝贵财富,挖掘其时代价值,不但具有重要的理论意义,而且为当前党建科学化水平的提高以及党的建设新的伟大工程的实现提供了有利的现实指导。全文以延安时期党建思想的主要内容为研究对象,深入挖掘、归纳与总结,并结合当前党建工作的实际着重论述了其当代价值。全文共分为四部分展开论述:第一部分主要介绍了本文的选题目的、选题的意义、国内外的研究综述以及研究的主要方法和创新之处等。第二部分对延安时期党的建设的相关问题进行概述,从历史背景与理论基础两方面进行分析和总结,论述了延安时期党进行自身建设的可能与必然。第三部分是本文内容论述的主体,从思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、廉政建设四方面切入,对延安时期党的建设思想的主要内容进行了系统梳理,在史论结合、深入分析的基础上,对每一部分内容进行了总结与归纳。第四部分运用理论联系实际的方法,在继承与发展的基础上,重点从党的建设五位一体的角度深入探寻了其当代价值。要以思想建设为先导,秉承延安学习风貌,坚定理想、实事求是,筑牢共产党人的精神阵地;要以巩固提高为目标,全面贯彻民主集中制,完善干部选拔管理,不断深化和夯实党执政的组织基础;要以“延安作风”为榜样,坚持不懈开展作风教育,始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系;要以反腐倡廉为重点,发扬“整风精神”开展反腐教育,严格执行党纪,积极构建风清气正的党内生态;要以制度创新为抓手,通过建立党的建设的长效机制和严肃执行,着力推进从严治党的新常态。
