毛泽东廉政思想对十八大以来反腐倡廉建设的启示研究

【摘要】：毛泽东廉政思想是毛泽东思想的重要构成和组成部分,这一重要思想的形成、发展和成熟有着特殊的规律和历程。深入系统地研究毛泽东廉政思想,并结合时代特征,与时俱进地继承和发扬这一重要思想,对当前党的反腐倡廉建设具有重要意义。党的十八大以来,新一届党中央对反腐倡廉建设工作提出了新要求,做出了新部署,反腐败斗争工作成就斐然,反腐败压倒性高压态势已经形成,这充分表明了我们党对毛泽东廉政思想的继承和发展。本论文以总结毛泽东廉政思想为切入点,以研究十八大以来反腐倡廉建设的新实践、新成效对毛泽东廉政思想的继承和发展为结合点,共分为六章展开论述:第一章是绪论部分,主要介绍了本论文选题的背景和意义、国外和国内的研究现状、研究的方法及创新点;第二章总结和梳理了毛泽东廉政思想的形成渊源,包括文化来源、理论来源和实践基础;第三章重点从四个方面来概括和提炼毛泽东廉政思想的主要内容;第四章阐述了继承和发扬毛泽东廉政思想的重要意义,特别是站在党的十八大以来新一届党中央提出的“四个全面”战略布局的高度上,进一步概述了毛泽东廉政思想的重要理论意义和现实意义;第五章从三个方面简述了党的十八大以来新一届党中央继承和发展毛泽东廉政思想,对当前反腐倡廉建设形成的新认识、做出的新部署、确立的新任务;第六章重点阐述了毛泽东廉政思想对党的十八大以来反腐倡廉建设的重要启示,深入发掘当前全党开展的反腐倡廉建设工作与毛泽东廉政思想的现实结合点。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought of clean government is an important part of Mao Zedong thought, and the formation, development and maturity of this important thought have special laws and processes. It is of great significance to study Mao Zedong's thought of clean government deeply and systematically, and to inherit and carry forward this important thought with the times according to the characteristics of the times, which is of great significance to the party's construction of fighting corruption and promoting honesty at present. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the new CPC Central Committee has put forward new requirements and made new arrangements for the construction of anti-corruption, made great achievements in the fight against corruption, and the situation of overwhelming anti-corruption and high pressure has taken shape, which fully shows our party's inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government. This paper takes summing up Mao Zedong's thought of clean government as the starting point, studying the new practice of anti-corruption and promoting clean government construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and combining the new effect to the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government. It is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, the research status of foreign and domestic, the research methods and innovation points; The second chapter summarizes and combs the origin of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government, including cultural source, theoretical source and practical basis, and the third chapter summarizes and refines the main contents of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government from four aspects. The fourth chapter expounds the significance of inheriting and carrying forward Mao Zedong's thought of clean government, especially standing on the height of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout put forward by the new CPC Central Committee since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and further summarizes the important theoretical and practical significance of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government. The fifth chapter briefly describes the new Party Central Committee since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to inherit and develop Mao Zedong's thought of clean government, the new understanding of the current anti-corruption construction, the new arrangements made and the new tasks established by the CPC Central Committee since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The sixth chapter focuses on the important enlightenment of Mao Zedong's thought of clean government to the construction of anti-corruption and promoting clean government since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and deeply explores the realistic combination of the current work of anti-corruption and promoting clean government carried out by the whole party and Mao Zedong's thought of clean government.
