大学生党员质量现状调查与应对策略研究——基于武汉9所高校的调查

【摘要】：大学生党员队伍是党的队伍的重要方面军,提高大学生党员质量是新时期高校党建的时代主题。本研究通过实证调查发现,大学生党员发展存在入党动机多元化、功利化,党员教育碎片化、单向性,党建工作程式化、薄弱性等问题。基于存在的问题,本研究提出提高大学生党员质量必须坚持理念践行和制度建设相结合,坚持思想教育与作风锤炼相结合,坚持全员参与和全过程管理相结合的策略。
[Abstract]:The party members of college students is an important square army of the party's team, and improving the quality of college students' Party members is the theme of the new era of the party building in colleges and universities. Through the empirical investigation, this study found that the college students' Party members' development had problems such as diversity, utilitarianization, fragmentation, unidirectional education, formulation and weakness of Party building. Based on the existing problems, this research suggests that improving the quality of college students must adhere to the combination of the practice of philosophy and system construction, the combination of ideological education and style of practice, and the combination of all-staff participation and the whole process management.
