将中小学校党建进行到“底”

【摘要】：正《人民教育》2017年第12期以"中小学校党建强起来"为核心议题,直面中小学校党建问题。回顾党史,中小学校党建最切实和最急切的行动是:将中小学校党建进行到"底"。一是守底线。党章提出的"理论联系实际和密切联系群众"等基本要求,实际上是从深处回答了"为了谁""依靠谁"等基本问题。基本要求是党建的底线,基本问题是性质导向,不能偏转。
[Abstract]:The 12th issue of "people's Education" in 2017 focuses on "strengthening the Party Building in Primary and Middle Schools" as the core issue, and faces up to the problem of party building in primary and secondary schools. Looking back on the history of the Party, the most practical and urgent action of party building in primary and secondary schools is to carry out party building in primary and secondary schools to the bottom. One is to keep the bottom line. In fact, the basic requirements put forward by the Party Constitution, such as "connecting theory with practice and closely connecting with the masses", actually answer the basic questions such as "who for whom" and "who to rely on" from the depths. The basic requirements are the bottom line of party building, and the basic problem is nature-oriented and cannot be deflected.
