当前干部教育培训机构开展民族观教育存在的问题及路径选择

【摘要】：马克思主义民族观教育在干部教育培训中具有重要意义,干部教育培训机构作为党政干部民族观教育的重要渠道,在教育培训中还存在重要性认识不足、教育效果有限、教育途径和方法单一的问题。可通过制定规划、加强基础建设、健全考核评估制度、加强组织保障等方面创新马克思主义民族观教育。
[Abstract]:Marxist national view education is of great significance in cadre education and training. As an important channel of party and government cadres' national view education, there are still some problems in education and training, such as insufficient understanding of importance, limited educational effect and single educational way and method. We can innovate Marxist national view education by making plans, strengthening infrastructure construction, perfecting assessment and evaluation system, strengthening organizational guarantee and so on.
