基于职业锚测量的对两代人工作价值观的研究

  上世纪80年代和当今大学生的工作价值观之间的变化备受诸多学者和人力资源专家的关注。与80年代大学毕业的60后相比,年轻一代成长的社会环境有很大的差别,因此这两代人的职业锚和工作价值观也有所不同。本论文旨在探究国内60后和90后工作价值观的异同,及其存在的原因。针对当前国内对代际工作价值观的研究的不足,本研究创新地结合跨文化交际中施瓦兹的价值观体系和职业心理学中的职业锚理论,进行较为系统的分析。在控制教育背景、年龄等变量的条件下,本研究以定量分析的方法,通过问卷的形式调查了正就读于和已毕业于广东高校的两组被试的职业锚,以此探究两代人的工作价值观。通过便利抽样,本研究选取了200名90后和150名60后作为调查样本,经过数据筛选分别得到149个和53个有效数据,并以PASWStatistics18.0进行讨论分析问卷结果。研究结果表明,60后与90后就工作价值观的基本架构而言存在明显差异。老一代的工作价值观的排序结果为:自我超越,开放性,保守,自我增强。与之相较,年轻一代的排序依次为:保守,开放性,自我超越,自我增强。此外,在国际金融危机和西方价值观的冲击下,和国内国情及制度变化的影响下,...
