【摘要】：邓小平理论关于社会主义本质和根本任务的分析对于正确把握户籍制度改革的方向具有重要的指导意义；社会主义初级阶段理论对于正确认识我国社会主义初级阶段的主要矛盾，逐步解决发展生产力与僵化的户口管理体制之间的矛盾这一户籍制度改革的基本矛盾，正确处理积极推进户籍制度改革与保持社会稳定的关系，，正确把握户籍制度改革的原则具有重要的指导意义；建设有中国特色社会主义的一系列设想对于探讨市场经济下的户籍制度，户籍管理职能的划分，建立政策调节与法律约束相结合的户籍管理机制等户籍制度改革的内容具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The analysis of Deng Xiaoping's theory on the essence and fundamental task of socialism has important guiding significance for correctly grasping the direction of the reform of household registration system. The theory of the primary stage of socialism can be used to correctly understand the principal contradiction of the primary stage of socialism in our country, and gradually resolve the contradiction between the development of productive forces and the rigid household registration management system, which is the basic contradiction of the reform of the household registration system. It is of great significance to correctly handle the relationship between actively promoting the reform of the household registration system and maintaining social stability, and correctly grasp the principles of the reform of the household registration system. A series of ideas for building socialism with Chinese characteristics for discussing the division of household registration system and household registration management functions under the market economy, It is of great significance to establish the household registration management mechanism which combines policy regulation and legal restriction.
