视觉诱发电位和脑认知事件相关电位与视敏度相关性的初步研究

【摘要】: 目的:通过正常眼和不同程度视力障碍组研究图形翻转视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)及视觉脑认知事件相关电位(C-ERP)的特征及其与视敏度的相关性,探讨以此作为视功能状态评估的客观电生理指标。 方法:选用90只眼为实验对象,根据其单眼视力,分为0.1、0.5和1.0三组。(1) PRVEP通过一系列视角(8°, 4°, 2°, 1°, 30’, 15’, 7.5’)的黑白棋盘格翻转诱发产生,高对比度(100%),时间频率为2Hz。(2) ERP实验采用Oddball模型的三刺激主动反应实验模式,选用三组视角(分别为50’、10’、5’)刺激图片,编制模拟随机序列,每组呈现200次,含非靶刺激(75%)、标准刺激(15%)及新异刺激(10%)。PRVEP的N1、P1波成分,以及ERP中P300的P3a和P3b波成分均用于视敏度的客观评估。 结果:PRVEP实验结果显示:(1) PRVEP主要分布于枕区,以Oz振幅最大。(2) P1潜伏期及振幅与视角之间均存在曲线关系,在各视角组间存在显著性差异(P0.01)。30’视角为PRVEP的最适刺激,表现为30’视角时P1潜伏期最短,振幅最大。(3) P1潜伏期及振幅与视敏度之间存在线性相关趋势(R20.90),随着视敏度的增加,P1潜伏期缩短,振幅逐渐提高。各视敏度组间,P1潜伏期及振幅均存在统计学差异(P0.05)。ERP实验结果显示:(1) P300中P3a与P3b电极分布存在差异,P3a主要分布于额区(FCz),P3b主要分布于顶区(Pz)。(2)P3a、P3b潜伏期和振幅在各视角组间均存在显著性差异(P0.01)。(3)P3a、P3b潜伏期和振幅与视角之间存在线性相关趋势(R20.90),随着视角的减小,其潜伏期延长,振幅降低。(4) P3a、P3b潜伏期在各视敏度组间均存在显著性差异(P0.05)。(5)P3b潜伏期与视敏度存在负相关线性趋势(R20.90),P3b潜伏期随着视敏度提高而缩短。余指标与视敏度未见明显趋势。 结论:(1)PRVEP与ERP成分的电极分布存在差异。(2)视觉刺激的视角影响PRVEP与ERP成分,P1、P3a及P3b各波成分与视角之间存在线性相关趋势。(3)P1潜伏期及振幅和P3b潜伏期与视敏度之间均存在线性相关趋势。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics of pattern reversal visual evoked potential (PRVEP) and visual brain cognitive event-related potential (C-ERP) and their correlation with visual acuity in normal eyes and patients with different degree of visual impairment. To explore this as an objective electrophysiological index for the evaluation of visual function. Methods: 90 eyes were divided into 0. 1 0 and 1. 0 groups according to their monocular visual acuity. PRVEP was induced by a series of black and white checkerboard flips of 8 掳, 4 掳, 2 掳, 1 掳, 30, 15, 7.5). The ERP experiment was based on the three-stimulus active response model of Oddball model, and three groups of visual angle (50 / 10) stimulation pictures were used to compile the simulated random sequence, each group presented 200 times, with a high contrast ratio of 100 / 100 and a time frequency of 2Hz. The N _ 1 P _ 1 wave components of PRVEP and P3a and P3b wave components of P300 in ERP were used for objective evaluation of visual acuity. Results the results showed that PRVEP was mainly distributed in the occipital region. The peak Oz amplitude was found in the occipital region. There was a curvilinear relationship between the latency and amplitude of P1 and the angle of view. There was significant difference in the angle of view between the two groups. The optimal stimulus for PRVEP was P0.01. 30'angle. The results showed that the latency of P1 was the shortest and the amplitude was the largest at 30 'angle. There was a linear correlation trend between P1 latency and amplitude and visual acuity. The latency of P1 was shortened with the increase of visual acuity. The results of ERP experiment showed that there was a difference between P3a and P3b electrode distribution in P300. The P3a was mainly distributed in the frontal area of FCzP P3b and the P3b was mainly distributed in the parietal region of Pzanus. 2P3a P3b and P3b. There were significant differences in amplitudes among different viewing angle groups. There was a linear correlation trend between the latency and amplitude of P3aC3b and the angle of view, and with the decrease of the angle of view, there was a trend of linear correlation between the amplitude and the amplitude of P3b. There were significant differences in the latency of P3aP3b between different visual acuity groups. There was a negative correlation between the latency of P3b and the visual acuity. The latency of P3b decreased with the increase of visual acuity, but there was no obvious trend between the other indexes and the visual acuity. Conclusion there is a significant difference in the electrode distribution between ERP and PRVEP components. (2) the visual stimuli influence the linear correlation between the components of PRVEP and ERP, P1P3a and P3b waves, and the visual acuity, the latency and amplitude of P3b and the latency of P3b and visual acuity. There are linear correlation trends.
