输血对受者血液循环中STRs基因型影响的研究

【摘要】:目的 探讨不同输血量、输血后不同时间供者STR_s基因型对受者SWR_s基因型检测结果是否有影响。方法3例患者分别接受输血400ml、800ml及1200ml,输血前以及输血后分别在4h、8h、12h采集受者血液,受者和供者血样用EDTA抗凝,采用Chelex-100法提取DNA,—4℃保存备用。选择D1S549,D18S865,D3S1754,D12S391,D12S375,D6S477等6个基因座进行PCR扩增,电泳分型。结果3例患者分别输血400ml、800ml及1200ml后,输血前及输血后12h内采集血样检测的6个基因座STRs基因型完全一致。结论 本次研究结果表明,输血量在1200ml以下的受者输血后12h内STR_s基因型检测结果未受供者血液STR_s基因型的干扰。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of STR_s genotypes on the detection of SWR_s genotypes in recipients with different blood transfusions and donor genotypes at different time after transfusion.
