【摘要】：青少年犯罪一直是世界各国所共同的一个严重的社会问题,这不仅影响到青少年自己、家庭,而且也影响到整个国家乃至整个民族。如今“未成年人犯罪”在世界范围内已被列为吸毒贩毒、环境污染之后的第三大公害。因此对青少年犯罪的成因的分析对我们更好地预防青少年犯罪有着重要的意义。据中国青少年研究中心的统计显示,我国青少年犯罪在经历了1995年、1996年的低潮期后,近年来再次呈现上升趋势。那么,究竟是什么原因使这些孩子的心理受到影响,最终竞选择了犯罪的道路呢?引起青少年犯罪的原因有很多,引起青少年犯罪心理的形成的因素也有很多。有关这方面的研究,我国起步较晚,因此借鉴国外学者的一些相关研究理论对于我们形成系统的研究有重要的意义。青少年犯罪心理是由青少年时期生理、心理发展及社会化过程中的各种矛盾引起的。从年龄、生理发育和心理发展方面来看,青少年时期是从儿童向成人过渡的时期,处在这个年龄阶段的青少年生理上发生了急剧而显著的变化,而其心理水平的提高相对缓慢,缺乏合理调节和支配自己活动的能力,在认识与情感、认识与行为、情感与意志行为、独立性意向与认识能力之间以及自我意识内部各成分之间存在着矛盾。有关解释少年犯罪心理形成的原因的理论观点很多,从心理学观点看国内外都有一些比较重要理论。青少年是一个特殊的社会群体,说他们特殊是因为青少年正处于由未成年到成年转化过渡期,他们的思想行为已由幼年的依赖心理变得相对独立、成熟。但是青少年毕竟缺乏社会经验,正处于心理上的“断乳期”,此时,他们的抽象逻辑思维高度发展,情感生活丰富热烈,自我意识迅速发展,模仿、
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has always been a serious social problem common to all countries in the world, which not only affects the young people themselves, but also their families. And it also affects the whole country and even the whole nation. Nowadays, "juvenile delinquency" has been classified as drug abuse and drug trafficking worldwide. Therefore, the analysis of the causes of juvenile delinquency is of great significance for us to prevent juvenile delinquency better. According to statistics from the China Youth Research Center, after going through the low period of 1995 and 1996, juvenile delinquency in our country has again shown an upward trend in recent years. So, what causes these children's psychology to be affected? Did you finally choose the path of crime? There are many reasons for juvenile delinquency, and there are also many factors that cause the formation of juvenile delinquency psychology. The research on this aspect has started relatively late in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to study systemically by using some relevant theories of foreign scholars for reference. Juvenile delinquency psychology is caused by various contradictions in the process of physiology, psychological development and socialization during adolescence. In terms of age, physical development and psychological development, adolescence is the transition period from a child to an adult. Young people at this age stage have undergone sharp and significant changes in their physiology, and their psychological level has improved relatively slowly, lacking the ability to regulate and control their own activities reasonably, in terms of cognition and emotion, cognition and behavior, There are contradictions between emotion and will behavior, independent intention and cognitive ability, as well as between various components of self-consciousness. There are many theoretical views on the reasons for the formation of juvenile delinquency psychology. From the psychological point of view, there are some more important theories at home and abroad.
