类胰蛋白酶等介质在过敏性休克死者一些组织中表达的免疫组化研究

【摘要】:肥大细胞(Mast Cell,MC)与变态反应性疾病有着密切的关系,在其发病过程中发挥重要的作用。过敏性休克是临床常见的急症之一,由于缺乏确切的实验室诊断标准,是导致医疗纠纷的一个重要原因。因此,研究过敏性休克发生的机制,确立可靠、准确的诊断指标,提出简单易行的诊断方法,在法医病理诊断中尤为重要。本实验应用类胰蛋白酶、IL-1β免疫组化染色、甲苯胺蓝特殊染色的方法观察了27例过敏性休克致死和8例非过敏性休克致死病例的各脏器,通过研究,得到如下结论: 1.过敏性休克致死尸检病例中各脏器肥大细胞(MC)数目增多,尤以肺组织、肠组织最明显。 2.类胰蛋白酶可以作为MC特异性标记检测组织中MC的数量。 3.尸检病例肠及肺等组织中大量嗜酸性粒细胞的存在提示过敏性休克死亡。 4、TNF-α、IL-1β参与过敏性休克的病理过程。 5、过敏性休克时,肠粘膜Eotaxin染色阳性。 本实验应用免疫组化染色和特殊染色的方法,通过研究过敏性休克中MC的形态变化,证实在过敏性休克过程中类胰蛋白酶、TNF-α、IL-1β和Eotaxin发挥的作用,为其在法医病理实践中的应用提供了切实的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Mast cell carcinoma (Mast) has a close relationship with allergic diseases and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease. Anaphylactic shock is one of the common clinical emergencies, due to the lack of accurate laboratory diagnostic criteria. Therefore, to study the mechanism of anaphylactic shock, to establish reliable and accurate diagnostic indicators, and to put forward a simple and feasible diagnostic method. It is especially important in forensic pathology diagnosis. The organs of 27 cases of anaphylactic shock and 8 cases of non-anaphylactic shock were observed by using trypsinoid IL-1 尾 immunohistochemical staining and toluidine blue special staining. The following conclusions have been drawn:. 1. The number of mast cells in various organs was increased, especially in lung tissue and intestinal tissue. 2. Trypsin can be used as a specific marker to detect the number of MC in tissues. 3. The presence of a large number of eosinophils in intestinal and lung tissues suggests anaphylactic shock death. 4 TNF- 伪 -IL-1 尾 was involved in the pathological process of anaphylactic shock. 5. Eotaxin staining was positive in intestinal mucosa during anaphylactic shock. In this study, immunohistochemical staining and special staining were used to study the morphological changes of MC in anaphylactic shock. The results showed that the role of TNF- 伪 IL-1 尾 and Eotaxin in the process of anaphylactic shock. It provides a practical theoretical basis for its application in forensic pathology practice.
