吉林省警察院校警察体育课程建设的研究

【摘要】：本研究以21世纪新的课程标准(教学大纲)，从吉林省警察队伍建设的需要考虑提出来的。社会治安形势随着社会的变化日趋复杂，警察肩负的任务也日益繁重。警察的职责分工所具有的职业技术，决定了警察在社会中所扮演的角色愈来愈重要；警察教育与训练也必将发生变化；社会对警察专门人才需求的在不断扩大和调整，全国警察院校进行学科专业和课程的改革，加强警察专业的技能化势在必行。本课题从知识与能力；过程与方法；情感态度三个层面，每个层面包括若干具体的要求设置吉林省警察院校体育课程建设。力求做到具有可操作性和可检测性，对课程内容、课程结构、课程实施、课程评价都有很强的实践性。课程建设突出了学生的需要、学科的发展、社会的要求以及未来工作的要求。达到具有一定阶段的终结性、激励进取的前瞻性、一定的曲折性、不同指向的方向性、实施过程中具有可操作性的本质特征。警察体育是警察院校教育的重要组成部分，是培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义建设专门警察人才的一个重要方面，也是党的教育方针在警察队伍建设的重要体现。警察体育课程要结合学校体育教学特点，教育学生热爱党，热爱祖国，提高其为革命锻炼身体的自觉性，以养成他们锻炼身体的习惯。优秀的警察院校学生应具备有坚定的政治信念和立场，优异的身体素质和过硬警体技战术能力以及良好的心理素质，为今后所从事警察的职业奠定坚实的基础。使学生把学习目的、生活目的与祖国建设的安全保卫远大目标统一起来，让学生明确认识到健康的身体对学习、生活和工作的重要意义，警体课程建设，教学任务中就必须对学生进行素质教育，帮助学生确立正确的学习目的，培养他们形成科学的、持久的学习动机，激励学生们努力学习，促进学生德、智、体全面发展。使警察院校的体育课程设置，更能贴近实际，贴近公安实战，为培养合格的未来警察服务。提出了警察体育教育教学模块，包括学历教育警体课模块；警务技战术模块警务技战术模块的创新与优势；警察教育教学模式的选择及其主要理论。本课题采用了文献资料法，专家访谈法，问卷调查法，逻辑分析法，数理统计法。经以上分析得出了警察体育课程设置的结论。新模式打破了旧模式常规的教学内容体系。新模式中弥补了学历教育警体课内容的不足;填补了警察学历教育警体课内容的空白，完善了警务技战术课程内容体系，为警察大学生的警务技战术训练提供了理论依据和科学指导方案。采取新的教学模式，在教学程序和教学步骤安排上联系警察教育培训的特点，成为警察培训实践教学的一种重要模式。新的课程内容体系设立12个模块，，这些模块的设立突出了警察技能，这是今后吉林省警察体育课程设置的努力方向。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the new curriculum standard of the 21st century (syllabus), which is put forward from the needs of the police team construction in Jilin Province. The social security situation is becoming more and more complicated with the changes of the society. The role of the police in the society is becoming more and more important, and the police education and training are bound to change. With the expansion and adjustment of the society's demand for specialized police personnel, it is imperative for the police colleges and universities to reform the discipline, specialty and curriculum, and to strengthen the skill of the police specialty. This topic from the knowledge and ability; process and method; emotional attitude three levels, each level including a number of specific requirements to set up Jilin Province police college physical education curriculum construction, strive to achieve operability and detectability, curriculum content, Curriculum structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are all very practical. Curriculum construction highlights the needs of students, the development of disciplines, the requirements of society and the requirements of future work. Encouraging enterprising forward-looking, certain flexibility, different direction, the implementation process has the operational nature of the characteristics. Police physical education is an important part of police academy education, and an important aspect of the cultivation of specialized police personnel for the all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical development of socialism. It is also an important embodiment of the Party's educational policy in the building of the police force. The police physical education curriculum should combine the characteristics of physical education in schools, educate students to love the party and the motherland, and improve their consciousness of exercising their bodies for the revolution. In order to develop their physical training habits, excellent police college students should have firm political beliefs and positions, excellent physical fitness, excellent physical skills and tactics, and good psychological quality. Lay a solid foundation for the future career of the police. To unite the purpose of study and life with the lofty goal of safety and security in the construction of the motherland, so that students can clearly realize the importance of a healthy body to their study, life and work, and the construction of the police physical education curriculum. In the teaching task, we must carry on the quality education to the student, help the student to establish the correct study aim, train them to form the scientific and lasting study motive, encourage the students to study hard, promote the student's morality and intelligence, In order to train qualified police in the future, this paper puts forward the teaching module of police physical education, including the police physical education module of academic qualification education, which is close to the reality and the actual combat of the public security, so as to make the physical education curriculum of police colleges and universities more close to the actual situation and serve for the training of qualified future police. The innovation and advantage of police technical and tactical module, the choice of police education teaching mode and its main theory. This subject adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, and draws the conclusion of the police physical education curriculum through the above analysis. The new model breaks the traditional teaching content system of the old model. The new model makes up for the deficiency of the police physical education content, fills up the blank of the police sports content in the police education, and perfects the police technical and tactical curriculum content system. It provides the theoretical basis and scientific guiding scheme for the police technical and tactical training of police college students, adopts a new teaching mode, and combines the characteristics of police education and training in teaching procedure and teaching step arrangement. It has become an important mode of practical teaching of police training. The new curriculum content system has set up 12 modules, the establishment of which highlights the police skills, which is the direction of the future police physical education curriculum in Jilin Province.
