女生群体暴力行为之研究

【摘要】: 校园暴力是平静校园挥之不去的阴影,而当以女生为主角的校园暴力视频在网络上迅速传播之时,冲击了人们总是将女生与校园暴力受害者联系在一起的传统印象及认知,因此引起众多社会关注,在关注的背后,是对为何柔弱的女生成为执掌暴力的恶徒的思考。但笔者发现,对此问题的关注者虽多但鲜有深究者,真正从学术理论上来解释该问题的研究更是寥寥无几。因此,笔者试图从犯罪学、社会学(尤其越轨社会学)、心理学的角度对此问题进行深入的研究,借助整合学科的张力使多种方法参与解释该现象,以期能在了解并控制该暴力行为方面作出有益的尝试。 女生群体暴力行为是校园暴力的一种表现形式,也是女生实施的危害较严重的校园暴力,对某一个女生实施群体性的虐待是此类暴力行为的主要标志。在形成原因上:此类暴力行为由女性青少年所主导,因此具有主体上的特殊性;以群体方式实施暴力,极易使暴力程度升级;并且,模仿是造成此类暴力广为传播的重要因素;现时的社会环境和教育环境则是此类暴力的诱发背景。与女生群体暴力行为相似的是女生群体孤立行为,然而因其较为隐蔽故其危害未能被重视,但它为我们分析暴力为什么会分级提供了视角。 在本文的第一章,笔者首先对女生群体暴力行为作出了界定,并通过对大量案例的分析总结,归纳了女生群体性暴力行为的类型、分布,指出女生暴力行为具有其独特的群体、性别、手段等特点。 本文的第二章为女生群体暴力的成因分析,从主体、行为方式及发展、环境背景三个方面探讨该暴力行为的形成及发展。在主体方面,由于暴力行为是女性青少年所实施,因此具有特殊性,笔者试图用“青春期危机论”来揭示青少年在进入青春期时由于生理作用而易出现攻击性行为,并以青春期为生理基础,进一步探讨女性特质对该暴力行为的潜在影响,揭示性别因素的作用造就了女生群体暴力行为的独特性。在行为方式及其发展方面,笔者以“嫉妒论”、“群体行为”原理、“模仿论"分别分析了暴力的产生、升级和传染的整个过程。在环境背景方面,笔者认为,现有社会环境与教育环境的弊端也应对此种暴力行为的发生负责。 本文的第三章则通过“相似行为”的分析模式,揭示在暴力分级的过程中,文化的控制有着重要意义。 最后,在第四章提出相应对策和措施,以期能为探索防治校园暴力及女生群体暴力行为提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Campus violence is the lingering shadow of calm on campus, and when the video of campus violence with girls as the main character spreads rapidly on the Internet, it impacts the traditional impression and cognition that people always associate girls with victims of school violence. So there is a lot of social concern, behind the concern, is the reflection on why the weak girl becomes the villain in charge of violence. However, the author finds that although there are many people who pay close attention to this problem, there are few who are deeply concerned about it. Therefore, the author tries to study the problem from the angle of criminology, sociology (especially deviant sociology, psychology). With the help of the tension of the integration discipline, many methods are involved in explaining the phenomenon, in order to make a useful attempt in understanding and controlling the violence. Group violence of female students is a manifestation of school violence, and it is also a more serious school violence carried out by girls. Group abuse of a female student is the main sign of such violence. The reasons for this violence are that it is dominated by female adolescents and therefore has the characteristics of subject; violence is committed in a group manner. It is extremely easy to escalate the level of violence; and imitation is an important factor in the widespread spread of such violence; The current social and educational environment is the background of this kind of violence. Similar to the female group violence, it is the female group isolated behavior, but its harm has not been paid attention to because of its more concealment. But it provides a perspective on why violence is graded. In the first chapter of this paper, the author defines the group violence behavior of female students, and summarizes the types and distribution of the group violence behavior of girls through the analysis and summary of a large number of cases. It is pointed out that the violence of female students has its unique characteristics such as group, gender and means. The second chapter is the analysis of the causes of group violence of female students. It discusses the formation and development of the violence from three aspects: the subject, the behavior mode and the development, and the environment background. In the aspect of the subject, the violence is carried out by the female teenagers. Therefore, the author tries to use the theory of "adolescent crisis" to reveal that adolescents are prone to aggressive behavior when they enter puberty, and take adolescence as the physiological basis. Further exploring the potential impact of femininity on the violence, revealing that the role of gender factors contributes to the uniqueness of female group violence. In terms of behavior patterns and their development, The author analyzes the whole process of violence in terms of "jealousy", "group behavior" and "imitation theory". The malpractice of the existing social and educational environment is also responsible for the occurrence of such violence. The third chapter reveals the importance of cultural control in the process of violence classification through the analysis model of "similar behavior". Finally, in the fourth chapter, the corresponding countermeasures and measures are put forward in order to provide a useful reference for the prevention and treatment of school violence and girls' group violence.
