高中校园暴力表现形式及对策研究

【摘要】: 校园暴力正成为困扰教育工作者的一大难题,它危害着校园安全,对青少年的健康成长产生了严重的消极影响。对校园暴力的研究和分析已成为研究的热点。但是大部分研究重点集中在校园暴力的现状、原因、对策上面,即更多的是从施暴者的角度了解校园暴力的原因及如何转化施暴者来减少暴力。 本论文结合其他学者的已有研究,采用问卷调查的方法调查出地级市重点中学校园暴力的现状:校园暴力在市级重点中学中并不是很严重,但是有逐渐增加和升级的现象。同时调查出,目前广大教师、学生对校园暴力的认识并不统一,尤其是对人的精神、心理形成伤害的暴力认可程度并不统一,影响了校园暴力的预防及治理。 校园暴力的处理方式是本研究的主要视角,处理不当会直接导致校园暴力的升级或者伤害的加重。通过调查可以看出:日益增加的校园暴力与暴力处理方式的不足之间形成了矛盾。 结合笔者多年来从事学校学生管理的实践经验的基础上,本论文对校园暴力做了详细的分类:分为六种,并给出了每种在具体的校园生活中的表现形式,便于人们对校园暴力有一个清醒的认识。提出了如何减少校园暴力的对策:事前预防、事后处理。事前预防可分为三级,事后处理分为事件发生后的即刻处理和事件发生后的长远护理。提出了在暴力的处理过程中应充分认识到校园暴力的特殊性:施暴者、受害者皆为学生,处理校园暴力应以保护学生为前提。
[Abstract]:Campus violence is becoming a difficult problem for educators. It endangers campus safety and has a serious negative impact on the healthy growth of teenagers.The research and analysis of campus violence has become a hot spot.But most of the research focuses on the current situation of campus violence, reasons, countermeasures, that is, more from the point of view of the perpetrators of violence on campus violence and how to transform the perpetrators to reduce violence.Combining with the existing research of other scholars, this paper uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the present situation of campus violence in the key middle schools of prefecture-level cities: the violence on campus is not very serious in the key middle schools at the city level, but it has the phenomenon of increasing and upgrading gradually.At the same time, the majority of teachers and students on campus violence is not uniform, especially to the spirit of people, psychological formation and injury of violence is not uniform, affecting the prevention and treatment of violence on campus.The way to deal with campus violence is the main visual angle of this study. Improper handling will directly lead to the escalation of campus violence or the aggravation of injury.Through the investigation, we can see that there is a contradiction between the increasing campus violence and the insufficiency of the violence treatment.On the basis of the author's practical experience in the management of school students over the years, this paper makes a detailed classification of campus violence: it is divided into six types, and each of the forms of expression in the specific campus life is given.It is convenient for people to have a clear understanding of campus violence.Put forward how to reduce the campus violence countermeasures: prevention, after the treatment.Prevention in advance can be divided into three levels, and post-treatment can be divided into immediate treatment after an event and long-term care after an event.It is pointed out that the particularity of campus violence should be fully recognized in the course of dealing with violence: the perpetrators and the victims are all students, and the premise of dealing with the violence on campus should be to protect the students.
