内蒙古人民警察心理健康状况及其与自我效能感关系的研究

【摘要】： 为了探讨人民警察心理健康状况及其与自我效能感的关系,以便发现有关的规律和特点,为人民警察的心理健康服务,本研究采用了症状自评量表(SCL-90)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对500名人民警察进行问卷调查并对结果进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)内蒙古地区人民警察心理健康水平的因子分全部高于全国常模,并且均具有极其显著的差异,从而得出内蒙古地区人民警察整体心理健康水平较差的结论;(2)影响警察心理健康的主要因素分别敌对、偏执、人际关系、强迫和抑郁;(3)性别差异、警种差异也是影响警察心理健康的重要因素;(4)高自我效能感组警察的心理健康水平远好于低自我效能感组警察;(5)警察的自我效能感与其SCL-90的症状指数存在-0.154的相关,并且警察的自我效能感与SCL-90的各项因子、症状指数都存在负相关。由此可以得出结论,自我效能感是影响心理健康水平的重要因素。研究结果提示:在制定警察心理健康应对措施时,要特别关注敌对、偏执、人际关系、强迫和抑郁等几个方面的问题,要关注男性警察群体的心理健康状况;通过多种途径增强警察的自我效能感;在开展心理卫生知识的普及时,可突出对敌对、偏执、人际关系、强迫和抑郁等常识的介绍,包括其表现的特征、预防的措施等,使广大民警对不良心理的发生有一个清醒的认识,提高心理适应能力。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the mental health status of the people's police and its relationship with the sense of self-efficacy, in order to discover the relevant rules and characteristics and serve the mental health of the people's police,In this study, 500 police officers were investigated with symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and General Self-efficacy scale (GSES) and the results were analyzed.The results show that the factor scores of the people's police's mental health level in Inner Mongolia are all higher than the national norm, and all have extremely significant differences.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the police's mental health are hostility, bigotry, interpersonal relationship, compulsion and depression.Police type difference is also an important factor affecting police's mental health. (4) the psychological health level of police in high self-efficacy group is much better than that in low self-efficacy group.) there is a -0.154 correlation between police self-efficacy and the symptom index of SCL-90.And the self-efficacy of police has negative correlation with the factors of SCL-90 and symptom index.It can be concluded that self-efficacy is an important factor affecting mental health level.The results suggest that when formulating police mental health response measures, we should pay special attention to the problems of hostility, paranoid ideation, interpersonal relationship, compulsion and depression, and pay attention to the mental health status of the male police group.Enhance the police's sense of self-efficacy through a variety of ways; in spreading mental health knowledge, they can highlight the introduction of common sense of hostility, paranoia, interpersonal relationships, compulsion and depression, including their characteristics of performance, preventive measures, etc.So that the majority of the police have a clear understanding of the occurrence of bad psychology, improve the ability of psychological adaptation.
