【摘要】：加强和改进当代人民警察队伍思想政治教育是保证我国经济、政治、社会协调发展的必然要求，，传统的人民警察思想政治教育的观念和方式方法在当代受到了一定的影响和冲击。因此，研究当代人民警察队伍思想政治教育现状的不足以及改善的方法成为当代人民警察队伍思想政治教育研究的一个崭新课题。人民警察思想政治教育是思想政治教育的一个方面，它从属于党的思想政治教育。加强人民警察思想政治教育研究是对中国共产党思想政治教育内容的完善，对思想政治教育学科理论做有益的补充，同时也为人民警察思想政治教育提供理论依据。人民警察思想政治教育在公安队伍建设中起着灵魂作用，通过分析现行人民警察思想政治教育的成功与不足，提出针对性的建议。为公安机关如何更有效的开展人民警察思想政治教育从而调动人民警察的工作积极性、创造性起借鉴和参考作用。本文对我国当代人民警察队伍思想政治教育的内涵、内容、功能和特点进行了较为详细的阐释。通过回顾我国现代警察历史及人民警察历史和人民警察思想政治教育历史，总结经验和特点，结合当代人民警察队伍思想政治教育实际及其面临挑战，分析现状及产生问题的原因。探索当代开展人民警察队伍思想政治教育的有效途径，从而更新人民警察队伍思想政治观念，健全人民警察队伍思想政治教育运行机制，探索和开拓人民警察思想政治教育新方法和新形式等方面进行了探讨，给当代基层人民警察队伍思想政治教育的实践予参考。
[Abstract]:Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the contemporary people's police force is an inevitable requirement for ensuring the coordinated development of our economy, politics and society.The traditional ideas and methods of people's police ideological and political education have been influenced and impacted.Therefore, the study of the current situation of ideological and political education in the contemporary people's police force and the methods to improve it have become a new subject in the study of ideological and political education of the contemporary people's police force.People's police ideological and political education is an aspect of ideological and political education, it is subordinate to the party's ideological and political education.Strengthening the research on the ideological and political education of the people's police is not only a useful supplement to the contents of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China, but also a theoretical basis for the ideological and political education of the people's police.The ideological and political education of the people's police plays a soul role in the construction of the public security force. Through the analysis of the success and deficiency of the present ideological and political education of the people's police, the paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions.For the public security organ how to carry out the people's police ideological and political education more effectively, thus arouse the people's police's work enthusiasm, creatively plays the reference and the reference function.This paper explains in detail the connotation, content, function and characteristics of ideological and political education in contemporary Chinese people's police force.By reviewing the history of modern police, the history of people's police and the history of ideological and political education of people's police, this paper summarizes the experience and characteristics, and combines the reality of ideological and political education of contemporary people's police force and the challenges it faces.Analyze the current situation and the causes of the problems.To explore the effective ways to carry out ideological and political education in the people's police force, so as to renew the ideological and political concept of the people's police force, and to perfect the operating mechanism of the ideological and political education of the people's police force.This paper probes into the new methods and forms of the ideological and political education of the people's police and gives a reference to the practice of ideological and political education of the people's police force at the grass-roots level.
