清华大学首次成功研制了计算机笔迹鉴别系统

【摘要】：正清华大学电子系与公安部第二研究所合作研制的“计算机笔迹鉴别系统”已通过公安部组织的技术鉴定。该系统首次实现了利用计算机进行自动化的笔迹鉴别,可以准确、高效地判断检材和样本是否是同一个人书写的。所谓笔迹,是指通过书写活动形成的具有个人特点的文字符号的形象系统(例如书写的文字和签名),是个人书写习惯的外在表现。笔迹鉴别鉴别则是通过检材和样本两部分笔迹之间的比较鉴别,确定其是否为同一人书写的。笔迹鉴别往往是认定违法犯罪嫌疑人的直接依据,或可作为定案的重要证据。
[Abstract]:The computer handwriting Identification system, developed by the Electronics Department of Tsinghua University and the second Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, has passed the technical appraisal organized by the Ministry of Public Security.The system realizes automatic handwriting identification by computer for the first time, which can accurately and efficiently judge whether the material and sample are written by the same person.The so-called handwriting refers to the image system of characters with personal characteristics formed by writing activities (such as writing and signature), which is the external expression of personal writing habits.Handwriting identification is to determine whether the handwriting is written by the same person by comparing the handwriting between the material and the sample.Handwriting identification is often the direct basis for the identification of criminal suspects, or can be used as important evidence.
