论我国古今户籍制度社会职能及其作用的异同

【摘要】：当代中国社会的二元化户籍制度,造成户籍管理职能和社会作用的错位,成为城乡差别的社会根源。历代封建统治阶级强加于户籍管理制度的行政职能,终因违背社会发展规律而被历史所淘汰。经验证明:固守身份等级户籍制度,人为设防造成民工潮盲目流动激化社会矛盾,还不如遵循市场经济发展基本规律开闸放水变害为利。
[Abstract]:The dualized household registration system in contemporary Chinese society causes the dislocation of household registration management function and social function, and becomes the social root of the difference between urban and rural areas.The administrative function imposed by the feudal ruling class on the household registration management system was eliminated by history because of the violation of the law of social development.Experience has proved that it is better to follow the basic law of market economy to open the gate and release the water and turn the harm into profit because of the social contradictions caused by the blind flow of the civil workers caused by the artificial fortification and the adherence to the household registration system of the status grade.
