济南警察心理健康与应激研究

【摘要】：警察是社会中的一个特殊群体，由于职业的原因，他们工作的时间长短、工作的负担以及接触的人和事与其他职业人员相比具有一定的差异，这些差异决定了警察的心理反映形式也存在着特殊性，尤其是容易形成心理健康方面的问题。尽管国内单纯对警察心理健康状况调查的文章很多，但是对于影响公安警察心理健康的因素的实验研究却少之又少。本研究目的是探讨当前社会形势下警察心理健康状况及其影响因素。为了解济南市公安队伍的心理健康状况，探讨不同警种警察的心理健康状况的差异，对济南市6个工作面的315名警察进行问卷调查，采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活事件量表(LES)、L量表，通过t检验、F检验、LSD多重比较法、相关分析等统计分析方法，以性别、年龄、警龄、警种、工作区域、文化程度为自变量，所有实验数据均在SPSS11.0上进行，分析所得数据，结果发现： 1、济南警察的总体心理健康水平非常明显地低于全国一般人群。济南警察SCL-90各因素分值均高于全国常模，除人际关系敏感外，其余各因素分差异非常显著。 2、不同性别、年龄、警龄、警种、工作区域的济南公安警察心理健康水平存在显著差异。女警察心理健康程度略高于男警察，，男性警察的躯体化、强迫症、敌对性、总均分均显著高于女性警察：不同警种的心理健康水平存在非常显著的差异，治安警心理健康水平最差，巡警次之，
[Abstract]:The police are a special group of people in society. For professional reasons, the length of time they work, the burden of work, and the people and things they come into contact with are quite different from those of other professionals.These differences determine the particularity of police psychological reaction, especially the mental health problems.Although there are many articles on the investigation of police's mental health in China, there are few experimental studies on the factors that affect the police's mental health.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of police mental health and its influencing factors.In order to understand the mental health status of public security forces in Jinan, and to explore the difference of psychological health status of police officers of different police types, 315 policemen in 6 working faces in Jinan were investigated by using SCL-90 and life events scale.By means of t test, F test, multiple comparison method, correlation analysis and other statistical analysis methods, sex, age, police age, police type, working area and education level were taken as independent variables. All the experimental data were carried out on SPSS11.0, and the data were analyzed.It was found that:1. The general mental health level of Jinan police is obviously lower than that of the general population.The SCL-90 scores of Jinan police were higher than that of the national norm, except for the sensitivity of interpersonal relationship, the differences of the other factors were very significant.2. There were significant differences in mental health of Jinan police with different gender, age, police age, police type and work area.The degree of mental health of female policemen was slightly higher than that of male policemen. The average scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, hostility and total mean scores of male policemen were significantly higher than that of female policemen.The level of mental health of the security police is the worst, followed by the patrolmen.
