酒精对驾驶员视网膜电图和视觉诱发电位的影响

【摘要】: 目的:观察酒精对重庆地区驾驶员图形视网膜电图(PERG)、闪光视网膜电图(FERG)和图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)的影响,分析酒精对驾驶员视功能的损害机制,从而为交通安全立法、预防交通事故提供科学依据。 方法:在重庆地区20~50岁年龄段中随机抽取30名驾驶员志愿者作为受试对象,男性23名,女性7名,平均年龄34±8.3岁。所有受试者经检查均为无酒精过敏、酒精依赖、眼病和重大疾病的健康者。以自身为对照,首先在饮酒前60min内对驾驶员进行PERG、FERG和PVEP检查,记录数据;然后按其自报酒量(既往饮酒量以酒精度56%白酒计算),并按照中国人的习惯同时进餐荤素混吃饮酒,饮酒过程为10min。30min后,抽取2ml静脉血标本,由5ml试管封装,0℃低温保存,24h内用顶空气相色谱法测BAC,并再次对饮酒后驾驶员进行PERG、FERG和PVEP检查,记录数据。 结果:(1) BAC20mg/100ml时, PVEP-P100、FERG-Pb和PERG-P50波潜时和振幅与饮酒前相比,均无显著性差异(P0.05)。(2)20mg/100ml≤BAC80mg/100ml时, PVEP-P100波和FERG-Pb波潜时均显著延长(P0.05);PVEP-P100波振幅有所降低,但与饮酒前无
