职务犯罪及其防治对策研究

【摘要】：二十多年来,我国职务犯罪日益突出,成为最大的经济损失、社会污染和政治挑战。如何对职务犯罪进行有效预防,成为犯罪学的重要课题。本文以四川省1998年至2003年间立案查办的职务犯罪为样本,对职务犯罪的现状进行了实证分析,对特点进行了概括,进而从社会、政治、经济、文化、个体以及被害人因素等六个方面分析了产生职务犯罪的原因。最后,从道德、社会、司法三个层面提出了预防职务犯罪的措施。
[Abstract]:For more than 20 years , our country ' s professional crime has become more and more serious , becoming the biggest economic loss , social pollution and political challenge . How to effectively prevent and become the important subject of criminology . In this paper , the author makes an empirical analysis on the present situation of official crime by taking the official crime as the sample from 1998 to 2003 . Finally , it puts forward some measures to prevent the crime from the three aspects of society , politics , economy , culture , individual and victim .
