我国情报信息主导警务的实践探索

【摘要】：进入新世纪后,我国提出了"情报信息主导警务"战略,这是我国进行警务体制改革的一个重要举措。在四年多的实践中,各地警务部门积极探索,构建了富有本土特色的情报信息主导警务工作模式,并已显现出其相当功效。但由于情报信息主导警务在我国实践时间较短,缺乏一套系统的理论与实务,在实践中出现了一些问题。而要真正建构情报信息主导警务的工作模式,发挥情报信息在警务工作中的强大威力,必须有一套行之有效的策略与措施,真正从警务战略高度来推动公安工作的现代化水平。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, our country has put forward the strategy of "information and information leading policing", which is an important measure to carry out the reform of police service system in our country.In the practice of more than four years, various police departments have actively explored and constructed the mode of intelligence and information leading policing with local characteristics, which has shown its considerable effectiveness.However, due to the short time of information leading policing in our country and the lack of a set of systematic theory and practice, there are some problems in practice.In order to truly construct the work mode of information leading policing and give play to the powerful power of intelligence information in police work, we must have a set of effective strategies and measures to promote the modernization level of public security work from the level of policing strategy.
