【摘要】：本文围绕新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观及其教育研究问题,以马克思主义国家观、警察观和价值观的学说,特别是中国共产党的“三个代表”重要思想为指导,运用理论联系实际、阶级分析、价值分析、文献研究、调查研究和归纳研究等方法,从分析研究警察的历史、内涵和特征入手,对在新世纪新的历史条件下社会主义中国警察的价值的内涵和特征,社会主义中国警察价值观的本质特征、结构和功能,社会主义中国警察价值观教育的内容、地位、作用和途径、方法等基本问题进行了理性思考和研究探索。文章共分三个部分:第一部分:新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观及其教育的内涵,重点阐述了警察、警察的价值、警察的价值观和警察价值观教育的概念和时代特征,突出了社会主义中国警察的政治价值、社会价值和经济价值的历史转变;第二部分:新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观的本质特征、结构和功能,重点阐述了社会主义中国警察的“全心全意为人民服务”价值观本质和价值观的党性、实践性、科学性,以及价值观结构的历史方位感、社会秩序信念、社会规范意识、价值实践意识、价值本位意识等五个方面和价值观功能的政治导向、行为规范、标准评价三大功能;第三部分:新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观教育,重点阐述了价值观教育的内容、地位、作用和途径、方法等基本问题。论文的实践意义在于可以深化对“三个代表”重要思想的理解,加强和改进新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观教育、思想建设及其整体建设,充分发挥新世纪社会主义中国警察专政和民主的职能,让“三个代表”重要思想内化为新世纪社会主义中国警察的信念、信仰和理想,外化为全面建设小康社会具体行动,使“三个代表”重要思想在新世纪转变为全面建设小康社会的强大物质力量。论文的理论意义在于可以丰富新世纪社会主义中国警察价值观及其教育的一般性理论研究;探讨社会主义中国警察的价值及其价值观,有利于丰富警察专政和民主的理论;探讨社会主义中国警察价值观及其教育的主要内容和特点,有助于理解警察价值观的中国特点和时代特征,丰富和深化警察的意识形态理论和思想政治
[Abstract]:This paper revolves around the socialist Chinese police values and their educational research in the new century, guided by the Marxist view of state, the view of police and the theory of values, especially the important thought of "three represents" of the Communist Party of China. Using the methods of integrating theory with practice, class analysis, value analysis, literature research, investigation and research, and so on, starting with the analysis and study of the history, connotation and characteristics of the police, With regard to the connotation and characteristics of the value of the socialist Chinese police under the new historical conditions of the new century, the essential characteristics, structure and functions of the values of the socialist Chinese police, the content and status of the education of the values of the socialist Chinese police, Role and approach, methods and other basic issues for rational thinking and research exploration.
