【摘要】:死亡时间推断是法医学实际工作中首先要解决的重要任务之一,但同时也是难点。准确推断死亡时间,在很大程度上能为刑事案件的侦破提供重要的线索,划定侦察范围,确定犯罪嫌疑人有无作案时间乃至确定案件性质和阐明作案过程均有重要意义。同时,死亡时间推断对保险理赔及财产继承等民事案件也具有一定的现实意义。几个世纪以来,各国学者进行了不断探索。但时至今日,仍然不能准确推断。采用多种方法进行综合分析推断,,仍然是基层实际工作解决问题最直接有效的办法。 利用超生反应推断死亡时间对死亡早期的时间推断具有重要的意义。自1780年德国学者Galvani发现了“动物电”(animal electricity)现象以来,许多学者开始了死亡后骨骼肌的电兴奋性(electrical excitability of skeletal muscle postmortem)的研究。椐此用于死亡时间的推断的研究开始于1800年(Nysten)。限于当时科研手段及研究目的的局限,加上对一些现象尚不能认识,且缺乏正确的理论支持和指导,导致其早期成果的实用性和可靠性的不足。在利用超生反应进行死亡时间推断方向的研究不多,大多数都仅限于大体形态学方面和机械性电兴奋性方面的描
[Abstract]:The estimation of death time is one of the most important problems in forensic medicine, but it is also a difficult point. Accurately inferring the time of death can to a large extent provide important clues for the detection of criminal cases, delimit the scope of reconnaissance, determine whether the suspect has the time to commit a crime, even determine the nature of the case and clarify the course of the crime. At the same time, the estimation of death time is also of practical significance to civil cases such as insurance claims and property inheritance. Over the centuries, scholars from all over the world have been exploring. But today, still can not accurately infer. It is still the most direct and effective way to solve the problem by using various methods. It is important to infer the time of death in the early stage of death by using the supernatural reaction. Since the discovery of "animal electricity" by German scholar Galvani in 1780, many researchers have begun to study the electrical excitability of skeletal muscle after death. According to this study, the estimation of the time of death began in 1800. Limited to the limitations of scientific research methods and research purposes at that time, and the lack of correct theoretical support and guidance, the lack of practicability and reliability of its early achievements is due to the lack of understanding of some phenomena. There are few studies on the direction of estimating the time of death using superbiological reactions, most of which are limited to gross morphology and mechanical electrical excitability.
